Bonus & Redemption

Only one bonus may be selected per participant.
The bonus code can be redeemed only once.
Validity: 7 days from issuance unless configured otherwise.
Redeemable at Friendly Fire reception or in the FF app.
Per-bonus conditions (e.g. "500 FF Coins" on a €10+ top-up) are stated in the bonus description.
No cash value, not transferable.
Reuse (e.g. screenshot of an already redeemed code) will be rejected manually.
Redemption status is managed exclusively by the operator.
We reserve the right to change or cancel the promotion at any time.
